Claire Hyde was born in Houston, Texas, but has lived in Georgia most of her life. She began her love of art in 7th grade, when her mother asked her to take a photo of her brother for teacher gifts. She was hooked after that. She took as many art classes as she could while at North Gwinnett High School under the direction of Ren Hullender, who taught her about art and how to express herself as an artist. She now attends The University of West Georgia as a photography/graphic design major. She hopes to one day own her own business and sell her art.
